CONFIRMED/PAID BOOKINGS:

For Acknowledged
Cancellations made 72 hours before scheduled
Check-in: 50% of booking amount shall be
deducted/retained as cancellation charges from the
advance/booking amount.

For Acknowledged
Cancellations made within 72 hours before scheduled
Check-in or for NO-SHOW: 100% of booking amount OR
Total room charges payable for one night (whichever
is lesser) shall be deducted/retained as
cancellation charges from the advance/booking
amount.
